The LVJ Phantom rotational massage jet in a light grey/chrome finish spins the water stream and thus provides a pleasant deep massage. It comes from the Phantom series, which you will find in a number of hot tubs, for example the Relax na Max, Hanscraft and other models.
The body is made of stainless steel resistant to chemicals and operation. Under higher pressure on the rotational jet, the rotation may stop; this is not a product defect.
