Filter Cartridge SC708

The SC708 filter cartridge is a replacement insert for Sundance Spas hot tubs. It replaces both the standard filter insert and the 5″ disposable micro-cleaning element (Micro-clean 2). This eliminates the need to replace the micro-clean element every month, which is significantly more economical. The insert is easy to clean and extends the service life of pumps.

Maintenance and replacement

To maintain full flow, we recommend rinsing the insert with a strong jet of water roughly every 14 days and treating it once a month with a cartridge filter cleaner that dissolves grease and organic deposits. The filter fabric ages over time, so it is advisable to replace the cartridge with a new one after about 12 months of operation. Timely replacement protects both the circulation and massage pumps against excessive wear.
