The Balboa SpaTouch3 control panel (code 57255-06) is a premium touch centre that replaces older types of keypads. Its clean rectangular shape and slim thickness blend perfectly with the hot tub acrylic.
Capacitive display – recommendation
SpaTouch3 uses capacitive touch technology adapted by software for the hot tub environment, so it ignores accidental drops of rain or splashing water. However, it is a similar type of display to that of a smartphone – with fully submerged hands or a continuous layer of water on the display, sensitivity decreases. For a 100% response, we recommend quickly wiping both the display and your finger dry before adjusting settings. If you want control without wiping even when wet, consider mechanical button panels (e.g. the Balboa TP series).
