The Balboa SpaTouch2 touch control panel in the new version (codes 57220 / 57388, alternatively 33195-01) takes hot tub control to the level of modern smartphones. It combines capacitive touch technology with durable materials, so it responds perfectly to touch while withstanding moisture, chemicals and outdoor conditions.
Trapezoid shape
The Trapezoid designation means a trapezoid – the panel is slightly narrower at the top than at the bottom and has elegantly rounded corners so that it fits precisely into the moulded recesses in hot tub acrylic.
What the panel can control
- Water temperature regulation accurate to the degree
- Up to 5 massage jet pumps
- Air compressor (blower) and circulation pump
- Lighting and chromotherapy as well as an integrated audio system
- Filtration cycles, ozonator and time settings
- Invert function – rotating the display by 180° for control directly from the hot tub
Display
The digital colour Hi-Tec display with high brightness and contrast is legible in direct sunlight and at night. It offers clear icons, advanced time functions and a detailed display of error messages.
Compatibility and installation
The panel is intended for Balboa BP series control systems. For full use of all functions, the Balboa BP2100 unit is recommended; it can also be connected to lower models (e.g. BP601), where, however, some advanced functions may not be available. Entrust installation to a qualified professional.
