The Balboa Heater 3.0 kW with Pressure Switch 2-PSI 800 Incoloy (58046TUV) is a reliable heating element for hot tubs and spa systems. The durable Incoloy 800 provides efficient water heating with an output of 3.0 kW and a long service life, while the 2-PSI pressure switch ensures safe and stable operation.
The heater connects to a fixed control unit and is controlled by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and minimise vibration even under strong flow. A structural bridge bracket ensures coil centring, repeatable quality, smoother flow and quieter operation. The joints are bonded with a chemically inert epoxy instead of soldering, and each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation.
