The Balboa Heater 4.0 kW with Pressure Switch 1.5-PSI 800 Incoloy (58111) is a quality heating element for hot tubs and spa systems. The heater connects to a fixed control unit and is controlled by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and suppress vibration even under strong flow. A structural bridge bracket ensures coil centring, repeatable quality, smoother flow and quieter operation. The joints are bonded with a chemically inert epoxy instead of soldering, and each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation.
