The Balboa Heater M7 3.0 kW 800 Incoloy (Metal Box Fit), code 58143CE, is a durable heating element for hot tubs and spa systems intended for Balboa GL8000 metal control units. The Incoloy 800 material ensures a long service life and the 3.0 kW output provides efficient water heating. It is supplied complete with sensors and a gasket.
The heater connects to a fixed control unit and is controlled by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and suppress vibration even under strong flow. A structural bridge bracket ensures coil centring, repeatable quality, smoother flow and quieter operation. The joints are made with chemically inert epoxy bonding instead of soldering, and each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation.
