The Balboa Heater M7 3.0 kW Assembly (Metal Box Fit), code 58061, is a powerful titanium heater for Balboa control systems with a metal box. The 3.0 kW output ensures efficient water heating, the construction is resistant to corrosion and vibration and designed for easy installation into metal boxes. It is supplied complete with sensors and a gasket.
The heater is connected to a fixed control unit and is controlled by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and suppress vibration even under strong flow. The structural bridging bracket, with which Balboa Water Group equips its heaters as standard, ensures the coil is centred, providing repeatable quality, smoother flow and quieter operation.
The joints are made with chemically inert epoxy bonding instead of soldering for greater corrosion resistance. Each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation. This is an original Balboa product.
