Other Liners & Inserts

More than 230 items for welding and lining pools that do not fall under any brand series – precisely cut liner inserts for above-ground and prefabricated pools, CEFIL and ELBE liner rolls, welding sealants, top and fixing profiles, geotextiles and tools for cutting liners. In-stock items ship within 48 hours, and we deliver across the EU. Branded rolls with their own range have separate categories: Renolit Liners, AVfol Liners and CGT Liners; an overview of everything together can be found in the parent category Pool Liners. How to choose a liner insert The insert is cut to a specific shape and size, so three figures are decisive: shape, plan dimensions and depth. In stock are circles with a diameter of 3.00 to 8.00 m, ovals from 5.00 × 3.00 m to 11.00 × 5.00 m and a figure-of-eight shape of 5.25 × 3.20 m, in heights of 0.90, 0.92, 1.10, 1.20 and 1.50 m. Thickness ranges from 0.4 mm for the "overlap" version for low above-ground pools, through 0.6 mm, to the most durable 0.8 mm. Among the décors you can choose from blue, grey, sand, marble, mosaic and Carrara. Rolls, sealants and profiles For custom welding, rolls are in stock – CEFIL Nature in 1.5 mm thickness, 1.65 m width and 25 m length, and ELBE ELITE, Supra and Island Dreams in 1.5 to 1.6 mm, including anti-slip variants for floors and steps. The sealant must match the brand and décor of the liner: CEFIL 21 Terra Nature is used with the Terra Nature liner, CEFIL Onyx Manhattan with the Onyx Manhattan décor, and ELBE Dove Blue carries shade code 632. Top profiles are listed by pool size (circle 3.00–8.00 m, oval 3.20 × 5.25 to 5.00 × 11.00 m), fixing profiles as 5 × 200 and 6 × 200 cm sheet and 4 × 4 × 200 and 6 × 4 × 200 cm sections in both inner (IN) and outer (EX) versions, complemented by profiles for concrete overflow channels of 140 and 190 mm and for EPS channels of 130 and 150 mm. What to watch out for A geotextile belongs under the liner – the range includes 400 g/m² (blue ALKORPLAN with an anti-mould treatment, and a heat-bonded variant) and 500 g/m² in widths of 1.5 to 4.0 m, in 50 m rolls or by the metre. Without an underlay the liner is punctured by unevenness in the base. Order the sealant and profiles together with the liner, as tracking down a matching shade later is often a problem. For shaped liners, check whether the fixing profiles are included in the delivery – for some items they are. Who this category is for For owners of above-ground and prefabricated pools replacing a worn insert, and for contractors welding pools to measure. The shop is run by IDOL SPAS s.r.o., a Czech hot tub manufacturer with its own service team – if you are unsure about your choice, we will advise you from practical experience. For service companies and resellers we offer a wholesale programme with individual pricing.
