Espa Pump Spare Parts

More than 100 spare parts for pool pumps from the Spanish brand ESPA – impellers, mechanical and ceramic seals, gaskets, diffusers, suction housings, union nuts, flange collars, splash rings, cooling fans, bases and drain plugs. The Silen, Silen I, Silen S, Silen S2, Tifon 1, Niper, Iris, NOX and Basic series are covered, as well as related Blaumar models. In-stock items ship within 48 hours, and we deliver across the EU. How to find the right part The type designation on the pump's rating plate is decisive, not just the power output. ESPA offers several variants within one series and the impellers differ between them – the Silen 75T, Silen S 75, Silen S2 75 18T and Silen S2 100 24T each have their own impeller. The same goes for the Tifon 1 200M and Tifon 1 300M, or the Niper 400 and Niper 450. With older machines, watch the generation: the pump lid gasket for the Silen exists in a version for the old and the new generation, and they are not interchangeable. What wears out first The most common cause of water leaking from a pump is the mechanical seal. It is always replaced as a whole, meaning both the rotating and the stationary part, together with the housing gasket – the ceramic surfaces must not be touched with greasy hands during installation. The second typical fault is a worn impeller, which shows up as a drop in flow without the pump sounding any different. A leaking pre-filter is usually just a matter of the lid gasket, which we list separately for the IRIS NEW, Silen I and NOX series. What to watch out for Before dismantling, switch off the circuit breaker and close the valves on both the suction and discharge side. Union nuts and connection flange collars are tied to specific series, so order them by pump name, not by pipe dimension. Parts for pumps of other brands can be found in Badu/Speck Pump Spare Parts, and complete pumps in the parent category Pumps. Who this category is for For service technicians and pool owners whose ESPA pump leaks at the seal or has lost performance and who do not want to buy a new machine. The shop is run by IDOL SPAS s.r.o., a Czech hot tub manufacturer with its own service team – if you are unsure about your choice, we will advise you from practical experience. For service companies and resellers we offer a wholesale programme with individual pricing.
