We list model-specific covers for Sundance, Jacuzzi, HotSpring and Dimension One hot tubs, lifters in the CoverMate and Smartop ranges (including versions for Master Spas, MAAX Spas, Coleman Spas and Endless Pools swim spas), and surface care is provided by SpaLine and SpaBalancer products. In-stock items ship within 48 hours, and we deliver across the EU. Types of covers Model-specific covers follow the shape of a particular tub – for example Jacuzzi J-380/J-385 (94″ × 94″, corner radius 11.5″), Sundance Marin (92″ × 76″, R9″) or HotSpring Grandee/Vista/Summit (99.5″ × 90.25″, R11″) in a version with metal reinforcement plates; for selected Sundance models a variant with speaker pockets is also available. Universal square covers span sizes from 201 × 201 cm (79″) to 244 × 244 cm (96″) in roughly one-inch steps, with a corner radius of 5″ (13 cm) or 7″ (18 cm), and one size also with square corners. Round covers come in diameters of 176, 196, 201, 206, 211 and 221 cm. A separate group consists of the maintenance-free Smartop covers (Vanish XL, Upright) and the Spa Protector deLuxe and Cover Cap deLuxe protective covers made of lightweight ripstop polyester. Cover lifters and their parts CoverMate lifters cover practically every installation situation. CoverMate I and II are intended for standard tubs, CoverMate II Understyle is mounted under the cladding, the hydraulic CoverMate III and the economical CoverMate III ECO B version need only 15 cm of free space behind the hot tub, CoverMate III DeckMount with its wind-lock system is aimed at sunken tubs, CoverMate Easy made of black powder-coated aluminium needs 40 cm behind the tub, and CoverMate Freestyle has a slide-under base for round and irregular shapes. The maintenance-free Vanish XL, XLR and XLRP and Zero/Zero-R ranges are complemented by 20 LB and 30 LB gas struts, 4″ and 5½″ aluminium inserts, pivot and support arms (18 × 24″, 20 × 40″, extended 38″ and 43″), mounting brackets, and sets of screws, washers and straps – an older unit can be repaired instead of buying a new lifter. What to watch out for Measure the cover across the outer edge of the tub and always determine the corner radius as well; if you mix up 5″ and 7″, the cover will not seat properly and heat escapes. For a lifter, check the free space behind the hot tub and the type of cladding – the Understyle and DeckMount versions belong under tiling or into a deck, and for round tubs only Freestyle will do. A waterlogged, heavy cover no longer insulates, so treat the vinyl regularly (SpaLine Cover Wipes, Vinyl Cover Shine, Weathershield Care) and use a wind strap or straps over winter.
