Showers & Trays

Over 90 items for rinsing off before entering the pool – solar showers, stainless steel showers, shower trays and spare parts for them. In stock are the Formidra JOLLY, DADA and SPRING ranges with a 25, 30 and 40 litre tank and the ORANA stainless steel shower made of AISI 304 steel. The category also includes diving and springboards for swimming pools. In-stock items ship within 48 hours, with shipping across the EU. How a solar shower works The water is heated by the sun directly in the tank, so the shower needs no electrical connection or heater – all you need is a cold water supply. The tank volume determines how much warm water you have before it is topped up with cold: 25 litres for the JOLLY range, 30 litres for SPRING and DADA, 40 litres for the CRM model with a stainless steel front. The larger the tank, the longer it takes to warm up in the morning, but the more people can shower one after another. With or without a foot rinse This is the main decision when choosing. A separate foot nozzle at the base of the shower rinses off grass and sand before they get into the pool – it saves filtration and chemicals and for garden pools it pays off almost every time. Models without a rinse are a slimmer and cheaper option where there is paving around the pool. In design you choose between a round and a square profile, versions with a mirror strip, and the colours anthracite, light blue, green and orange. What to watch out for A solar shower must be drained before winter, otherwise frozen water will burst the tank and the pipework. It connects to ordinary garden water, but plan for drainage – with showers without a tray the water runs off into the surroundings, which on paving means a permanently wet area. Spare parts such as seals, heads and limescale filters are listed separately, so the shower can be repaired after a few seasons instead of replaced. You will find paving and edging for the pool surroundings in the category Pool Surroundings. Who this category is for For garden pool owners who want to reduce dirt in the water, and for operators of public and hotel pools where rinsing before entry is mandatory. The shop is run by IDOL SPAS s.r.o., a Czech hot tub manufacturer with its own service team – if you are unsure what to choose, we will advise from experience. We offer service companies and resellers a wholesale programme with individual pricing.
