LED Lighting (white)

LED Lighting (white) brings together over 70 underwater luminaires, bulbs and controls with white light for liner and concrete pools. You will find VA series luminaires in the "PF" version for liner and "PB" for concrete, wide-angle Adagio PRO LEDs of 25 W and 57 W, flat MOONLIGHT and SeaMAID luminaires, the MTS and Design LED (Hayward) series, stainless-steel PAR 56 units from Hugo Lahme and stand-alone FLAT and Spectravision bulbs. In-stock items ship within 48 hours, and we deliver across the EU. How to choose The first question is the pool construction. The "PF" version has an ABS frame, flange and housing and is built for fixing into a liner, while the "PB" series is aimed at concrete. Flat MOONLIGHT luminaires are anchored directly to the wall through a 2″ threaded penetration, Adagio PRO fits into a 1.5″ installation element. The second question is output: the range includes LEDs of 13.5 W, 16 W, 21 W, 28 W, 33 W and 57 W and classic 300 W halogen floodlights. It pays to go by luminous flux rather than watts – the Adagio PRO 25 W delivers 2,600 lm, the 57 W version 5,500 lm. In the VA series you can choose the frame colour in RAL 7004 (light grey), RAL 7016 (dark grey) and RAL 1015 (sand), so the luminaire blends in with the tiling or liner. Power supply and control Underwater luminaires run on safety extra-low voltage, usually 12 V, via a pool transformer. Neither it nor the cabling is usually part of the luminaire – you will find them in the Transformers & Wiring category. The luminaires have IPx8 protection and are designed for permanent immersion; for the Adagio PRO a water temperature range of 1–40 °C is stated. Switching is handled either by a complete control panel with protection for the lighting circuit, or by a Control Brite DIN-rail module with remote control. If you want colour scenes, look at the sister categories RGB Lighting and DMX Lighting. Replacing the bulb or the whole luminaire If you have a working housing and an older 300 W halogen, there is no need to break open the wall. A large share of the bulbs in this category follow the PAR56 format, so they can be replaced within the existing luminaire. When ordering, compare the socket type, diameter and power rating with what you have installed – in the VA series the FLAT bulbs are listed under specific codes (for example 81HTW701B or 81HTW301B). Always replace with the circuit switched off and the water level lowered, following the luminaire's instructions. Who the category is for For pool owners modernising their original halogen lighting, as well as pool builders and construction companies planning lighting for a new build who need to match the luminaire to the wall type and the transformer output. The shop is run by IDOL SPAS s.r.o., a Czech hot tub manufacturer with its own service team – if you are unsure about your choice, we will advise you from experience. For service companies and resellers we offer a wholesale programme with individual prices.
