Add-On Set – Extension with Solar Collector SC 4.0 × 1.2 m (1 pc)

The add-on set allows you to extend an already installed solar assembly with an additional pool collector 4.0 × 1.2 m. By adding more surface area you increase the heating output and extend the swimming season with virtually no increase in operating costs (when connected to the filtration circuit).

The collector is made of a specially treated polymer resistant to UV radiation, frost, extreme air pollution, oxidation and pool chemicals. It can be installed on the roof of a house, a garage or in the garden, ideally facing south-west at an angle of 15–30° from the horizon. The panel has almost zero pressure loss and is tested at 2.5 bar.

Connection

The collector is connected in series with the existing panels and connected directly into the circulation circuit without a heat exchanger. The heating efficiency increases with the total installed surface area.
