The flow-through heater Balboa 1.5 kW Assembly (code 50089) connects into a solid-state control unit and is controlled by the program automation. Three titanium stabilizers provide high durability, reliability and minimization of vibration even under strong flow. A structural baffle bracket is standard on Balboa Water Group heaters.
Construction and quality
The design ensures centring during assembly and manufacturing repeatability, resulting in smoother flow around the coil and lower vibration. Chemically inert epoxy bonding instead of soldering increases corrosion resistance. The new design leaves maximum free space between the part and the housing, ensuring quiet running during flow. Each assembly is pressure-tested to 60 psi before shipping to rule out leaks.
