The Balboa Heater 3.0 kW Assembly 24″ M7 (58107S) is a powerful titanium heating element with M7 technology for hot tubs and spa equipment. It provides reliable and precise water heating. It is supplied complete with sensors and a gasket for Balboa plastic control units and also serves as a direct replacement for Balboa 58122 and 58118.
The heater is connected to a fixed control unit and is controlled by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and suppress vibration even under strong flow. The structural bridging bracket ensures the coil is centred, providing repeatable quality, smoother flow and quieter operation. The joints are made with chemically inert epoxy bonding instead of soldering, and each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation.
