The Balboa Heater 3.0 kW with 2-PSI Pressure Switch Titanium (50145) is a high-quality titanium heating element for hot tubs and spa systems. The titanium design ensures high corrosion resistance and a long service life, while the 3.0 kW output provides efficient water heating.
The heater is connected to a fixed control unit and is operated by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and minimise vibration even under strong flow. The structural bridging bracket ensures the coil is centred, providing repeatable manufacturing quality, smoother flow and quieter operation. The joints are bonded with chemically inert epoxy instead of soldering, and each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation.
