The Balboa 5.5 kW Assembly flow-through heater with an output of 5.5 kW ensures fast and efficient water heating in hot tubs and spa systems and maintains a pleasant temperature for comfortable bathing. It is supplied complete with sensors and a gasket designed for Balboa plastic control units.
The heater is connected to a fixed control unit and its operation is controlled by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and almost completely suppress vibration even under strong water flow. The structural bridging bracket, with which Balboa Water Group equips all its heaters as standard, ensures precise centring of the coil during installation and repeatable manufacturing quality. The result is smoother flow around the coil, lower noise levels and greater reliability.
The joints are made with chemically inert epoxy bonding instead of soldering, which increases corrosion resistance. Each assembly is leak-tested at 60 psi before dispatch. The design leaves maximum clearance between the part and the housing for quiet operation.
