The Balboa Heater M7 2.0 kW Assembly 24″ M7 Incoloy 800 (58145) is a high-quality heating element for hot tubs and spa systems. The Incoloy 800 material ensures high corrosion resistance and a long service life, while the M7 technology provides reliable water heating at an output of 2.0 kW. It is supplied complete with sensors and a gasket for Balboa plastic control units.
The heater is connected to a fixed control unit and is operated by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and minimise vibration even under strong flow. The structural bridging bracket ensures the coil is centred, providing repeatable quality, smoother flow and quieter operation. The joints are bonded with chemically inert epoxy instead of soldering, and each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation.
