Balboa WAVETEC254 sanitation systems are compact disinfection units designed to withstand the demanding environment of a hot tub. UV light deactivates the DNA of harmful microorganisms such as Escherichia coli, cryptosporidium and others.
UV light destroys 99% of harmful viruses, bacteria and pathogens without adding chemicals or unpleasant gases to the water. The unit has low energy consumption.
