Cell Nut Zelia ZLT

The Zelia ZLT cell nut is a plastic closing element used to lock and firmly clamp together the components of the electrolytic cell of the Zelia ZLT salt electrolysis unit. A correctly tightened nut ensures the necessary contact pressure on the seal and the watertight closure of the cell’s flow chamber.

The part is made of chemically resistant plastic that can withstand long-term contact with sodium hypochlorite and brine. The threaded or flanged system of the nut allows hand tightening without special tools while observing the recommended tightening torque.

Replacement of the cell nut is part of the standard service of the Zelia ZLT salt electrolysis unit when disassembling and reassembling the cell for electrode or seal replacement.
