The check valve with a diameter of d16 and a Teflon spring is designed for the chemically aggressive environment of pool dosing circuits, where a metal spring would corrode. The Teflon spring reliably closes the valve when the pump stops and prevents back-suction or air-locking of the pipework. The PN10 operating pressure corresponds to the requirements of standard pool installations.
The PVC-U valve body is chemically inert to chlorine, acids and other pool chemicals. The small d16 diameter is suitable for dosing pumps, sampling loops or supplementary water-treatment circuits. The glued connection ensures a permanent and firm joint without the risk of leakage.
