The check valve d16 made of PVC-U with an EPDM seal is manufactured by a Portuguese producer and intended for small-diameter pipework, for example in dosing stations or side branches of pool circulation. The valve effectively prevents undesirable back flow of liquid when the pump is shut down or the pressure drops.
The stainless steel spring made of AISI 302 steel ensures immediate closing of the flap even at low differential pressure. The EPDM seal is compatible with pool chemicals, including chlorine and pH adjustment products. The nominal pressure PN16 allows use in pressure pipework up to 16 bar at 20 °C and up to 10 bar at 40 °C.
