The check valve S6 for a d63 diameter is intended for medium-sized pool circuits where it is necessary to reliably prevent the backflow of water. The closing disc with a steel spring opens only when there is sufficient flow in the required direction.
The PVC-U construction resists acids, alkalis and the disinfectants used in pool water care. The glued socket d63 allows firm installation into standardised pipework.
The valve finds use in combination with dosing stations, UV sterilisers or solar collectors, where backflow could damage sensitive system components.
