The cooling fan cover is a protective housing on the rear of the electric motor of the Badu TOP II series pumps – specifically for the Bettar 8, Bettar 12, Magic 8 and Magic 11 models. It shields the fan from contact with foreign objects and at the same time shapes the airflow across the motor’s cooling fins for maximum heat dissipation.
A damaged cover can lead to overheating of the motor windings and a shortened pump service life; replacement with a genuine part is therefore a way to prevent costly repairs. The cover is made of durable plastic that withstands vibrations and the higher temperatures during operation. Installation is a simple replacement – unscrewing the old cover and fitting the new one.
