The seal set for 2-jet counter-current units contains all the seals needed to service-restore the watertightness of the counter-current system built into the pool wall. The seals are made of materials resistant to chlorine and UV radiation.
Regular replacement of the seals is an important part of preventive maintenance of the counter-current unit – worn seals can cause leakage into the pool wall or a pressure drop in the water circuit. The set contains seals for both jets and the corresponding flange joints.
We recommend carrying out the replacement at every major overhaul of the counter-current system or when water leakage is detected around the installation box. The installation can be handled by an experienced pool technician without special tools.
