CTX 51 is an acidic product specially formulated to remove calcium, iron and other mineral deposits from pool walls. The product is used at a lowered or drained water level at the water line as well as on the remaining surface of the walls and floor.
The product is suitable for ceramic tiles, pool foils and laminate surfaces – nevertheless, we recommend carrying out a test on a small area before applying over the full surface. For heavy deposits, the product can be left to act longer before rinsing.
After cleaning is complete, the surface must be rinsed thoroughly with clean water so that no product residues remain before filling the pool. The 1-litre pack is suitable for the one-off annual cleaning of a small to medium-sized pool. For comprehensive care, we recommend combining it with CTX 75 (degreaser) and CTX 52 or CTX 53.
