The double nipple made of PVC-U with a double-sided external 1/2 inch thread serves to shorten the distance between two threaded armatures or for the direct connection of a check valve, tap or adapter without using additional connecting parts.
The PVC-U material exhibits excellent resistance to chemicals, chlorinated water and UV radiation, so it can be used both indoors and outdoors. The product complies with the PN 16 standard for pressure pipe systems.
Installation is carried out by inserting and tightening into the thread of the armature, with the use of Teflon tape recommended to achieve a perfect seal. Suitable for cold and hot water distribution up to 60 °C.
