The PVC elbow 90° with a glued d75 socket and a 2½“ female thread allows the combination of a right-angle pipe bend with a transition to a threaded connection. This fitting saves space compared to a two-part solution (elbow + fitting) when connecting a threaded fitting at a right angle.
The PVC-U material is resistant to chlorinated water, disinfectant products and UV radiation in the plant room. The glued d75 socket ensures a permanent connection to the piping and the 2½“ female thread allows the screwed connection of a valve, sensor or fitting.
The elbow with transition is used in places where the piping route runs at a right angle and is at the same time terminated by a threaded device. The standard d75/2½“ dimension guarantees compatibility with common pool fittings.
