The EPDM seal for flange collar d20 is a precisely manufactured sealing washer intended for flange joints of PVC-U piping with a diameter of 20 mm. EPDM (ethylene propylene diene) material is an excellent choice for pool applications thanks to its resistance to chlorine, ozone, UV radiation and temperature fluctuations.
The seal retains its flexibility and elasticity even after years of operation, thereby preventing leaks even during slight movements or dilation of the piping. Unlike less resistant materials, EPDM does not lose its sealing properties even in contact with aggressive chemicals.
