The FIP electric two-way ball valve with a 63 mm diameter is designed to shut off flow in pipework, particularly in solar systems. The 230 V electric actuator is manufactured to FIP specifications.
The valve withstands a maximum working pressure of 16 bar at 20 °C. Securely locked seats allow the pipe to be drained even when the valve is in the closed position. The new seat design and the Seat Stop seal ensure axial pressure locking within the pipe and precise fine-tuning of the valve seats.
Standard equipment includes manual emergency override with an optical position indicator and a pair of limit switches. In some installations the valve must be supported by hangers or anchors capable of bearing the weight and stress transmitted by the valve body; design the support systems with allowance for pipe expansion and contraction.
