The center section of the Giant pump, position 51, is a structural part located between the suction basket and the discharge part of the hydraulic housing. It ensures precise positioning of the impeller and forms the robust foundation of the entire hydraulic pump assembly.
A damaged or worn center section manifests itself through water leaks, increased noise or vibrations. Replacing this part restores the original hydraulic geometry and returns the pump to full performance.
Installation requires complete disassembly of the pump’s hydraulic section and we recommend entrusting it to a service technician. During the repair, it is advisable to carry out a complete inspection of all contact surfaces and seals.
