The injection valve is a key hydraulic part enabling the injection of chemical preparations (pH minus, pH plus, disinfection) from peristaltic dosing pumps directly into the flow of the circulating pool water. The connection is made using a tube of 6 × 1 mm diameter to the 1/4″ thread in the valve body.
The valve is made of a material with high chemical resistance to acids, sodium hypochlorite and hydroxide solutions, so it withstands even the most aggressive water treatment preparations. A return spring inside the valve prevents backflow of water into the dosing pump tube.
Installation into the piping is straightforward – a hole is drilled, the valve is fitted and the dosing tube is connected. Correct installation of the injection valve is a basic prerequisite for precise and safe automatic dosing of chemicals.
