The Karpa KA250 counter-current pump is a robust unit designed to drive counter-current systems in pools. A flow rate of 50 m³/h at zero delivery head (58 m³/h at 4 m head) provides a strong water resistance for active swimming.
The pump body is moulded from polypropylene with a 30% addition of glass fibre, achieving high mechanical strength at a low weight. The motor shaft with double insulation and IP 55 electrical protection allow safe operation in an outdoor environment.
The single-phase 230 V power supply makes installation easier without the need for a three-phase connection. The d90 pipe connection is standard for counter-current applications. The pump is compatible with most counter-current systems on the market.
