The NORM EVO heat pump with an output of 10 kW is designed for heating smaller private pools with a volume of up to 50 m³. At startup, the step inverter technology minimises the inrush current to 0 A and gradually increases it to the rated value over approximately 2 minutes, so there are no sharp voltage surges and the household electrical grid is better protected.
The heating principle is based on transferring thermal energy from the air to the supercooled refrigerant; compressing it in the compressor generates heat used to warm the pool water.
