The 45° PVC-U elbow with a 20 mm diameter enables a slight change of the piping route without a sharp turn, thereby reducing hydraulic losses compared to 90° elbows. The PN16 class ensures use even at elevated working pressure.
The small 20 mm diameter predisposes the fitting to installation in feeds to jets, sensors and dosing systems of pool automation. PVC-U material is resistant to chlorine and common pool chemicals.
The solvent-weld joint is made quickly with standard PVC adhesive. The elbow is suitable for compact spaces where there is insufficient room for sharp bends in the piping route.
