The PVC-U elbow 45° in the d400 PN6 dimension is one of the largest available PVC fittings for pool and industrial distribution. It allows easy routing of a backbone branch around structural obstacles without the need for excavation or costly steel alternatives.
The PN6 pressure rating corresponds to a maximum working pressure of 6 bar, which is fully sufficient for gravity drainage systems, overflow channels and low-pressure recirculation circuits. PVC-U material is chemically resistant and requires no coatings.
The solvent-cement design ensures a strong and durable joint with corresponding d400 piping. The low weight of the fitting compared with concrete or steel alternatives significantly facilitates handling and installation, even at depth.
