The electric three-way ball valve in the L-port version with a diameter of 32 mm is used to divert or mix flow in the piping. The range covers diameters from 16 mm to 63 mm (R 3/8″ to 2″) and the maximum operating pressure is 16 bar at 20 °C.
The precise design of the connecting unions allows easy removal of the valve from the system at all three connection points. The ball obturator is supplied in the basic version with a T configuration and, on request, with an L configuration. Safely locked seats allow the liquid to be drained from the piping even with the obturator in the closed position. The electric actuator is manufactured to FIP specifications.
The standard supply includes manual emergency override with an optical position indicator and two limit switches. In some installations the valve must be supported by hangers or anchors capable of bearing the weight and the stresses transmitted by the valve body; design the support systems with regard to the expansion and contraction of the piping.
