The PVC plug with a 3/8″ male thread is intended for permanent or temporary blanking of threaded sockets in a pool distribution system. The durable PVC material ensures tightness even under permanent immersion or exposure to pool chemicals.
The 3/8″ thread allows screwed fastening without the need for special tools – simply tighten by hand or with a pipe wrench. To improve tightness, we recommend using Teflon tape on the thread.
Plugs are commonly used during the installation of pumps, valves, filters and dosing systems wherever it is necessary to close an unused connection socket.
