The rear flange of the counter-current box is a replacement part designed for sealing and closing the rear part of the built-in counter-current box, which is embedded in the pool wall. The integrated seal eliminates the need for additional sealing and ensures immediate watertightness after installation.
The flange is made of ABS plastic resistant to pool water chemicals, with the shape and dimensions adapted to the standard built-in counter-current box. The seal made of durable rubber prevents water from seeping into the space behind the pool wall.
Replacement of the flange is carried out during pool renovation or when leakage is detected in the rear part of the built-in box. A correctly installed flange is a prerequisite for reliable and maintenance-free operation of the counter-current unit throughout the season as well as in year-round operation.
