The reducing nipple M/F/F is a PVC-U fitting designed to connect sockets of different diameters or types in a pool piping system. The combination of one external and two internal sockets (d50–40 × 1 1/2″) allows flexible adaptation to the existing installation.
The PVC-U material is resistant to pressure, pool chemicals and UV radiation. The part can be glued with PVC adhesive or sealed with PTFE tape, depending on the chosen connection method.
This fitting is particularly suitable when renovating pipework, where pipes of different diameters need to be connected or a transition from plastic piping to threaded fittings is required.
