The reducing nipple M/F 3/8″ × 1/2″ is a compact connecting element for joining pipes or fittings with differing thread sizes. It is used wherever a transition from a smaller 3/8″ thread to a larger 1/2″ thread or vice versa is required.
The part is made of a material resistant to pressure and corrosion in pool and chemical installations. The threads are precisely cut in accordance with the BSP standard, so they guarantee mutual compatibility with other fittings of the same standard.
Sealing is ensured with standard PTFE tape or hemp packing. Suitable for both swimming pools and other applications in facilities with drinking or process water.
