Replacement Electrolytic Cell EcoMatik BMSC 26

The replacement electrolytic cell is the heart of the EcoMatik BMSC 26 salt chlorination system from Davey/Monarch. The cell’s electrodes break down sodium chloride (table salt) dissolved in the pool water into active chlorine, which disinfects the water without the need to add chemical tablets or granulate.

The service life of the cell’s electrodes is limited – they gradually wear out through electrolysis, with the chlorine production capacity gradually decreasing. Replacing the cell is a standard service operation after 3–7 years of operation, which restores the full output of the salt chlorination system.

The BMSC 26 cell is designed for pools of a certain water volume – before ordering, verify that the cell’s capacity corresponds to the size of your pool. Installation is carried out by a qualified technician or an experienced pool owner according to the EcoMatik chlorinator manual.
