The replacement electrolytic cell for the BMSC13 inline salt chlorinator is an original part designed for Davey/Monarch salt chlorinator units of the new type, where over time the electrolytic plates wear out and the production of chlorine from salt drops below the required level.
Replacing the cell instead of the entire unit is significantly more economical while fully restoring the disinfection performance of the salt chlorinator. The new type of cell is designed with improved durability of the electrolytic plates for a longer service interval.
Installation is straightforward – the old cell is removed and replaced with a new one, without the need for special tools or reconfiguration of the control unit. After replacement, it is recommended to check the salt level in the pool and the output power setting of the salt chlorinator.
