Saddle Clamp d75 × 1/2″ – for connecting branches to PVC pipe

The saddle clamp for PVC-U pipe with a diameter of d75 mm and an external thread of 1/2″ is used to create a branch in an existing pipe without the need to interrupt and rebuild it. After drilling a hole into the pipe, the clamp is mounted with a sealing ring and seals the joint, creating a new tapping point with a 1/2″ thread.

This solution is ideal for the subsequent connection of thermometers, pressure gauges, filling valves, flow meters or chemical dosers to an existing pipe system without complex reconstruction. The clamp is made of a durable material compatible with PVC-U pipe and resistant to pool chemicals.

Installation is quick and does not require special tools – a drill with a suitable hole saw matching the diameter of the clamp is sufficient. The 1/2″ thread is compatible with the most commonly used sensors and fittings in pool technology. After installation, we recommend checking the tightness of the joint at operating pressure.
