Praher S6 series ball valves are a popular choice in pool installations – however, with regular operation the seal wears out and begins to leak. This replacement seal is precisely sized for the S6 model with a diameter of 50 mm.
The seal is made of EPDM or NBR rubber resistant to chlorinated water and pH regulators. Replacement does not require replacing the entire valve – it is enough to dismantle the valve, take it apart and replace the worn seal.
We recommend replacing the seal immediately at the first signs of leakage. Ignoring a leak causes corrosion of the surrounding material and can lead to a failure of the entire piping system.
