The Short Reducer d75–2 adhesive/female thread PVC-U is a transition fitting for demanding installations where d75 pipework needs to be connected to fittings or equipment with a 2″ thread. The 2″ thread is typical for high-performance commercial or semi-professional pumps and filtration equipment.
The PVC-U material meets the requirements for chemical resistance to chlorinated water and pool preparations. The smooth d75 solvent-weld socket is joined with adhesive for large PVC dimensions; the threaded part is sealed in the standard way.
The fitting is suitable for public pools, aquaparks or large private pools with a high circulation water flow, where the standard pipe network dimensions are larger than in domestic installations.
