The Astral AS skimmer with a 24 cm neck is a design variant for pools with a thicker wall or with thermal insulation, where a short neck is not enough to bridge the thickness of the material.
The complete equipment includes a basket, a suction plate, AISI-316 stainless steel screws and a gasket for liner pools.
The brass inserts prevent the skimmer from rotating in the wall material during installation and ensure permanently correct alignment of the lid to the water surface.
The extended neck also allows easier access to the skimmer lid without having to set the frame deep beneath the deck.
