The PVC/brass transition fitting allows a firm and tight connection of 63 mm diameter PVC piping to metal or bronze fittings via a 2″ male thread. The part is detachable thanks to the screwed joint.
The brass part of the fitting guarantees resistance to mechanical stress and high operating pressures, while the PVC body withstands the corrosive effects of pool water. The combination of both materials brings maximum joint service life.
This fitting finds use especially when connecting pumps, filters or valves to the main PVC piping in the plant room or pool machine room.
