The two-component epoxy repair compound is an emergency repair material intended for emergency repairs of PVC, PP and other plastic piping systems used in pool technology. After mixing both components, the compound hardens quickly and creates a firm, watertight joint resistant to water pressure and pool chemicals.
The compound is suitable for repairing cracks and holes in pressure piping, fitting parts, the filter tank and other plastic components of the pool installation. Repair is possible even in a wet environment, with the result achieving a mechanical strength close to that of the base material.
The epoxy repair compound is a more economical alternative to the complete replacement of a damaged part and minimises the time needed to get the pool back into operation after a failure. We recommend always keeping it on hand as part of the pool first-aid kit.
